Margarita Feinstein Margarita Feinstein is a concert-pianist of jewish extraction. She was born 1965 in Smelja/Ukraina. She absolved her study at the conservatory in Uman/Ukraina in music-pedagogics and correpetition. Margarita Feinstein was the first-price-winner in the “Johann-Sebastian-Bach-competition. After that followed solo-concerts in Kiew, Odessa, Tiraspol and Kischinjov. At the same time she got private-studies by Prof. Adlersmann in Moskau. Margarita Feinstein got the first-price at the K.-Cerny-competition. She had made her examination with a first-class-honours and got the qualification for her following art study at the Tschaikowsky-conservatory in Moskau. She absolved her study at Prof. Timovejawa in Moskau with the examination for solist. In the joining she worked as assistant-professor at the university in Baku. She ended her study there, too. Then followed solo-concerts in Baku. 1989 she emigrated to Israel, where she kept on with her concert-playing and she tought at the music-academy in Jerusalem. Since 1992 Margarita Feinstein is living in Germany and she gave at once solo-concerts in NRW. Margarita has contacts to the Ukraina once again. She gave concerts in Odessa and Kiev, also in Tel Aviv. In the year 2000 she made a tour through Israel. In the following years she gave concerts in foreign countries, so in the year 2001 on the Isle of Kreta. Since the year 2000 she worked together with the sopranist Lina Klimkaite in a chamber-duo.
